From the time we arrived we enjoyed the hotel. The staff was very friendly and professional. From the lobby, to the housekeeping to the pool and beach area, everyone was wonderful! The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. There was also a mimosa and coffee self serve bar in the event you wanted one prior to being seated.

Our room was very clean and despite multiple parties going on it was quiet in the hallways.

The pool scene was fun but also new when to wind down. We will be back!

This resort exceeded all of my expectations and then some. I spoke to the hotel before arriving to make a reservation and mentioned that it was our 20th anniversary. They had rose petals in the shape of a 20 on the bed, champagne waiting in an ice bucket and chocolate covered Strawberries. You will not find more attentive, friendly staff anywhere else. They go above and beyond to make your staff memorable and a 5 star experience. The food was amazing at every restaurant and the drinks were top notch as well. Beautiful beachfront and plenty of chairs at the pool. The rooms were extremely clean and well stocked with whatever you may need. It was a true vacation and I can not wait to come back!

Yes it’s true drinks and food take a while to get to you. The rooms aren’t over the moon amazing. But this place is wonderful. If you’re a down to earth person looking for a relaxing place to be, this is it. It’s quiet and beautiful. Everyone we came across were very pleasant and helpful. Would recommend everytime. We stayed in a pool side room, it was amazing!!

And the private island is nothing short of majestic, only downside is you have to reserve a ferry to get there. The hotel rooms were nice. Amazing views of the city and the beach. Loved every minute of being in PR. Excursions great!

The pool area very nice and the walk out to the beach was also a plus. Service was great. Anthony gave us the best service. Loved it!

The Hilton Ponce Golf and Casino resort is an exclusive beach property with a casino and a golf course. They also have an outdoor pool, a bar, and two eateries.

The hotel and service were excellent. Orlando and Alexander at the bar by pool were so attentive and welcoming. We asked about places to go and they gave us amazing suggestions. Carlos and Mario were also amazing. They are all beyond welcoming, and we were sad to go. The food at restaurants is more American but very tasty, and the drinks are out of this world. They do have a continental breakfast and a full breakfast buffet. Thank you for making our stay so much fun.

#9 ESJ Towers Resort

The ESJ Towers Resort is an understated hotel that offers a bar, a cafe, and an outdoor pool as well.

Our room #661 was clean and organized. It was a bit dated but had a refrigerator, stove, and counter area. This is not a resort, more like a Timeshare or condo-type building. We stayed for one night. The pool and jacuzzi etc, appear permanently closed. The elevators and WiFi worked as expected. Private entrance to the beach and views are great !

Their puerto rico resorts are a very sophisticated hotel that features ten bright and spacious rooms. They also have facilities like an outdoor pool, a restaurant, and a gym. If you are looking for best family resorts, then this will be ideal for you.

Friendly and fun staff. They know the island well and can call taxi for you as needed. We received free luggage storage and towels usage even after checking out.

Resort location is walking distance to the beautiful black sand beach. Esperanza is also within walkable distance(20min) if you plan on saving on taxi.

Wifi connection was poor in the room but worked fine in the lobby. Room toilet could also use some maintenance.

Very nice place for a good relaxing vacation. Spend time with my family and they loved it as well. Highly recommend location to rest, enjoy pool, golf and play some tennis. Employees are nice and attentive. Will definitely come back again.

This is a very stylish resort that offers restaurant and bar/cafe services. They also have two outdoor pools, two tennis courts, and a spa.

Great to be out of San Juan to a place quite a bit more chill and relaxing. Best part – scuba diving company on site – just had to walk out our hotel room door. Restaurants were pretty good but overpriced – sort of wished we brought some food/drinks on our way in. Beach at resort is only okay (sea grass not sand) but a short walk down the beach and there is an abandoned public beach with great sandy bottom. Very kid friendly. Would definitely go back!
